All services are subject to separate service agreements and project specifications.

3. Recurring Services

3.1 Monthly Service Packages

We offer monthly hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing packages with the following terms:

  • Services are billed monthly in advance
  • 30-day notice required for service cancellation
  • Service levels and inclusions defined in separate service agreements
  • Unused service hours do not roll over to subsequent months
  • Additional work beyond package limits billed at standard hourly rates

3.2 Hosting and Maintenance

Our hosting and maintenance services include:

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Daily automated backups with 30-day retention
  • Security monitoring and basic malware removal
  • Software updates and security patches
  • Technical support during business hours

3.3 Service Level Agreements

Response times for support requests:

  • Critical issues (site down): 2-4 hours
  • High priority: 24 hours
  • Standard requests: 48 hours
  • Low priority/general inquiries: 72 hours

4. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

Each project will be defined by a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit required before project commencement
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Additional work beyond agreed scope will be quoted separately
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge

3.3 Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays may occur due to:

  • Client feedback and revision cycles
  • Delayed content or materials from client
  • Scope changes or additions
  • Third-party service dependencies

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project requirements and specifications
  • Supplying necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring they have rights to all provided materials
  • Making payments according to agreed terms
  • Maintaining backup copies of their data

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials they provide.

5.2 Custom Development

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project, excluding our proprietary frameworks and tools.

5.3 Third-Party Components

Projects may include third-party components, libraries, or services subject to their respective licenses and terms.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We provide a 30-day warranty on custom development work for bug fixes and corrections.

6.2 Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or performance metrics.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client pays for all work completed to date
  • We deliver all completed work and materials
  • Any deposits are non-refundable

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, natural disasters, or technical failures.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms
